As a Mainstreet Community resident and/or homeowner you are responsible for maintaining your property. The Architectural Review Board does frequent property inspections and follows up on all valid complaints to the Administrative Office.
Mainstreet Community maintains a uniform set of design standards to maintain "curb appeal" - the biggest factor in property values. As a good neighbor, it is important to maintain landscaping and regular home maintenance.
MODIFICATION OF EXTERIOR HOUSE COLORS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM ARB. NONCOMPLIANT COLORS WILL BE FINED $1,500 AND RESULT IN LOSS OF MEMBER VOTING RIGHTS. APPROVED COLORS ARE MUTED PASTELS AND RUSTIC COLORS. Please submit an ARB form for approval prior to modifying house colors.
