Rates
  • MUST BE MAINSTREET RESIDENT TO RENT CLUBHOUSE
  • $500 Flat Rate Fee for Rentals Over 3 Hours
  • $100/Hr for Rentals of 3 Hours or Less
  • Security Property Monitor Required ($35/hr; $45 holidays)
NOTE
  • Payments accepted by certified funds only (money order or cashier's check). Reservations must be confirmed with full deposit payment within 30 days of rental date
  • Excess Cleaning Fee of $100 billed directly to Homeowner account. Any damages/repairs billed directly to Homeowner account.
  • Security Property Monitor must be hired and paid through Mainstreet's security contract. Officers required depend on number of guests and if alcohol is being served.

Pavilion

  • MUST BE MAINSTREET RESIDENT TO RENT PAVILION
  • Mainstreet's outdoor Pavilion is available for rent at $250 with a $125 refund
  • Rental includes volleyball, net, and other games
  • Payments accepted by certified funds only (money order or cashier's check)
  • Reservations must be confirmed with full deposit payment within 30 days of rental date
  • Pavilion rental includes cleaning area after usage
  • After rental completion and check-in, $125 deposit refunded within 21 days of rental

Tennis Courts

  • Two Lighted Regulation-Size Tennis Courts
  • Covered Tennis Court Viewing Stand
  • Clubhouse Parking Lot Available
  • ALTA-USTA Sponsored Tennis Teams
  • Single, Mixed Doubles, Business Women and Senior Teams
