Mainstreet Community Services Association, Inc. identification card must be on you when using Mainstreet common areas. New property owners should register within 30 days of purchase. Tenants should register lease documents within 30 days of occupancy.
If you are new to the community and need an I.D. please have the following:
1. HUD I settlement statement (closing statement) or 2. Lease agreement
You must have one or the other if you have never registered with the Mainstreet Clubhouse administrative office located at: 5001 Mainstreet Park Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30088.
If you have the proper documentation, please visit the Clubhouse, and request an application. Homeowner, or resident adult must also add household member names to I.D. form list to obtain Mainstreet Identification Cards.
Residents who have their I.D.'s must get current year sticker added to I.D. every year beginning in January. ID cards will only be issued Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays between 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. during Pool Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Get your I.D. cards updated early and avoid the rush!
Guest passes are $3.00 each per day. One summer family guest pass will be issued for each resident of Mainstreet whose fees are current per household.
Those of you who are renting, please be sure that you or your landlord keep association fees current. A list will be compiled each month and placed with attendant at pool. List should be available to the office no later than the 5th day of each month.
Be sure your Association fees are current!
